At HFI, we understand that our reputation is only as good as our last service call. That’s why we have assembled a dedicated team of top-quality field and administrative personnel.
Our field technicians are union – trained and licensed plumbers. They are CFC and backflow preventer certified, and they are also experienced in BMS controls and food-service facility maintenance. We are LEED and Energy Star Certified. We use GPS technology to dispatch our technicians with fully equipped vehicles.
