HFI served as the prime contractor for the HVAC upgrades at Medora Community School, managing general trades, electrical, controls, and sheet metal work. The project involved installing two new rooftop units (RTUs) for the gym, five energy recovery units (ERVs) to provide fresh air throughout the building, and seven variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems to control temperature in offices and classrooms.
HFI also handled HVAC piping and the installation of RTUs, ERVs, and VRF cassettes. These enhancements improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality, creating a more comfortable and healthier environment for students and staff.
